Terms & Conditions of Purchase
All orders will be packed, tagged and checked by the Luxe Accessories warehouse staff before dispatch.
Any discrepancies in orders are to be reported to Luxe accessories at luxe@luxeaccessories.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If this is not reported within 48 hours, we are not liable for any order discrepancies.
All faulty items are subject to repair, replacement or credit in that order if deemed faulty through manufacture.
Luxe accessories will not accept any faulty returns after a period of 2 months from order delivery.
Once an order is placed, we will not accept any changes or cancellations
All leather can vary slightly from sample colour due to leather being hand died.
All styles are strictly made off a pattern as per sample shown. Please take this in to consideration when ordering as no styles can or will be modified.
The signee of these terms and conditions is giving a personal guarantee that the above payment conditions will be met. If payment conditions are not met, the signee is personally liable for the debt
All items are non refundable and there is no exchange or return
Terms & Conditions of Postage
All purchases will be sent to the customer in an Australia post 'Express post satchel'. All postage will be charged at a flat rate of $10.
If more than one item is purchased at checkout (within Australia), Luxe Accessories offers free postage on the subsequent items.
Overseas purchases will be charged at $20 AUD flat rate per item.
Luxe Accessories is not liable for any lost packages. Please make sure you provide correct postage details when placing your order.
All orders will be posted to the customer within 3-6 weeks, as each item must be manufactured according to the customers colour and size specifications.
All leather orders will be packed in a free Luxe Accessories protection satin bag.
Privacy Policy
All customer information collected by Luxe accessories will not be disclosed. All information will only be used internally by Luxe Accessories for sales and promotions.
We use an Anz secure payment site for safety and no credit card details are kept on file.
